Solio Analytics Limited ("we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data when you use our services. It also outlines your rights under applicable data protection laws, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA).

By using our website and services, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of our services.

We collect and process the following types of personal data:

  • Account Information: Name, email address, and Google login credentials.
  • Usage & Interaction Data: Interactions with platform features, including planning tools, solvers, gamification modules, button clicks (e.g. "Solve"), and content edits (e.g. minute changes). We also collect timing and frequency of use.

  • Behavioural Analytics: Interactions with premium or locked features (e.g. upgrade clicks, feature interest tracking), including whether users proceed with upgrades or not.
  • Technical Data: IP address, browser type, device information, operating system, and referring URLs.
  • Other Platform-Specific Data: We only access users' synced public Fantasy Premier League (FPL) data, such as team selections and transfers.

5. How We Share Your Data

We do not sell your personal data. However, we may share it with:

  • Service Providers: Including hosting platforms, analytics tools, Stripe (for payment processing), and infrastructure services.
  • Selected External Partners: We may share anonymised or aggregated usage data with trusted external partners — including companies, collaborators, and research organisations — for purposes such as improving our services, developing joint content or tools, conducting community analytics, or benchmarking user trends
  • Legal and Regulatory Authorities: When required to comply with laws or enforce our rights.

Where such collaboration includes joint commercial activity, we ensure that no identifiable personal data is shared, and all processing remains in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

However, no online service is completely secure, and users are responsible for safeguarding their own account credentials.

9. Third-Party Services & International Transfers

  • Payments are securely processed through Stripe. Solio does not store your credit card details. Stripe may collect and store billing and transaction information in accordance with its own Privacy Policy.
  • We may also use third-party tools for analytics, hosting, or security purposes. Where these services are based outside the EEA, we use appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs).
